Booking Conditions
Reservations are only binding accompanied by a valid credit card.
Balance and City Tax
At check in with the delivery of the keys, you will have to pay in cash the balance (if it is due) and the City Tax
Cancellation
We charge 100% of the stay (incl. cleaning fee) 7 days before your arrival and no refund for further cancellation or modification of the booking is given.
In case of late arrival or early departure the entire stay will be charged.
Mode of payment
Bank transfer or Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard).
Check IN – Check OUT
Check-in times are from 3pm onwards
Check-out times are before 10am
Different times must be agreed when booking. Late Check in/out has an additional cost (if available)
